WORK EXPERIENCE
(2007-Present) Currently I am interning at the McAllen Recycling Center under Ouina Rutledge, Recycling Manager. Responsibilities
include assisting with providing public information and youth education and developing organic mitigation projects.
(2005-2006) Worked in Texas A&M Plant Pathology Lab under Dr David Star with an experimental emphasis in nematology and crop
plant hybridization. My responsibilities included DNA extraction, cross pollination, and data collection and entry for analysis.
I am proficient in the use of standard laboratory equipment and data analysis programs. This position required me to be self-directed
and responsible, as I worked most hours by myself without supervision.
